Deviantart Says Art Theft is a Grey Area
Hey everyone!
I just wanted to let everyone know that if you have not read the newest deviantart news message, you might want to. Long story short, they are basically saying "art theft, copying, and re-posting are a morally grey area, so we might help you, but we also might not." So because of that, hoards of people are ditching this site.
I will probably stick around to see if they take a better stance, but I just thought it was fair to spread the word.
Heart Creek Bunker
This is a lesser known trail from the Heart Creek day use area. Instead of following the main trail, in the parking lot, look for the west-leading Trans-Canada trail. Follow it, and keep left on the trail.
Bring:
-Water
-Snack
-Bear Spray
-Lighting
-----
When I come to this cave next time, I will bring more lighting for better footage.
Next video I will work on talking in front of the camera to make my videos more interesting.
Elbow Falls
Taking pictures while using the GoPro does not make for very smooth video, so this video is pretty short! Doing both at the same time is something I will have to work on.
Place: Elbow Falls(Alberta, Canada)
How to Get There: Highway 66, 20 km west of the Bragg Creek turnoff on Highway 22.
Hike Type: Easy
About: This hike is one of the most popular for people in Calgary. You can park nearby, and it is a quick walk on paths to the falls. If you stay on the fenced paths, you will get a nice view of the falls from above.
Snowshowing Sandy Mcnabb-A GoPro Hero 4 Test
Sandy Mcnabb(Alberta, Canada)
Just recently I was able to get a GoPro Hero 4-Silver, so I wanted to test it out in bright light conditions; like snow. Since I also conveniently had snowshoes given to me, I thought I should test them out in one go.
This is hopefully the first of many traveling posts. Next time I plan on visiting a frozen waterfall or ice-cave for you all. : )
